Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Within 3 Days from Payment Date

You are entitled to cancel your booking and receive a refund within 3 days from the payment date, provided the program has not yet started and you have not accessed training resources. Non-recoverable payment gateway or bank transfer fees are deducted. If the program starts within those 3 days, this right ceases upon the commencement of the first session.

2. After 3 Days from Payment Date

No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances. You may, by written request delivered before program launch, convert the remitted fee into a credit voucher toward another LAWSUIT program, subject to the following rules:

• Credit equals the net sum actually paid after discounts.
• Usable for a single enrollment within 12 months from the payment date, expiring thereafter.
• If the new program carries a higher fee, you remit the difference; if lower, the surplus remains as non-refundable credit.
• Credit is personal, non-exchangeable for cash, and usable solely within the same country and currency of original payment.

3. After Program Commencement

No refunds or credit transfers are available, and no compensations are granted for missed sessions. Exceptionally, upon verified force majeure, LAWSUIT may allow completing remaining sessions with the next cohort of the same program once.

4. Seat Reassignment

You may reassign your seat to another participant without transfer fees upon written notice submitted at least 24 hours prior to program launch. The certificate will be awarded to the attendee.

5. Cancellation or Postponement by LAWSUIT

If LAWSUIT cancels a program or postpones it by more than 30 days, you may elect to receive a full refund, transfer to the new schedule, or convert the fee into credit under Section 2.

6. General Provisions

• No refund or credit is extended to individuals excluded for serious behavioral breaches or intellectual property violations.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment channel within 7 business days of approval, excluding exchange rate shifts or bank fees.
• Legal and advisory services fees are governed by the executed engagement agreement, and event sponsorships by the sponsorship contract.
• This policy does not prejudice mandatory statutory consumer rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

7. Request Submission

Requests for cancellation or credit conversion must be submitted in writing with the registrant's name and booking reference; the date of formal receipt determines timeliness:
