Sponsorship rules
- Sponsorship does not grant any advantage in the LAWSUIT law-firm ranking, and sponsors do not see participants' files or the jury's deliberations.
- The content of sessions and workshops is subject to review by the conference scientific committee, and it presents professional material, not direct promotion.
- The professional advertising rules for lawyers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia are observed in every appearance of sponsoring law firms.
- The number of sponsors in each category is limited, and priority follows the date sponsorship is confirmed.
- The value and the details of each package are in the sponsorship file, and a custom package that combines more than one benefit can be designed.

An independent ranking of law firms and law companies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, based on published criteria, client opinions, and the evaluation of an independent jury. Its results are announced, and those who excel are honored at a ceremony during LAWSUIT Conference 2027.

Announcing the results and recognizing those who excelled at LAWSUIT Conference 2027, and publishing the ranking guide.
What the participating firm receives
- A confidential evaluation report for each participating firm showing strengths and opportunities, even if it does not enter the ranking.
- A certificate and the ranking mark for ranked firms, used according to the usage guide and the profession's rules in the firm's country.
- Appearance in the published ranking guide and at the awards ceremony.
- An invitation to attend the conference and the awards ceremony.
Independence and confidentiality
- An independent jury of former judges, academics, and experts in the management of the profession, and a member steps aside from evaluating any firm to which they have a connection.
- Sponsorship, or contracting for LAWSUIT services, does not affect the ranking results, and no place or grade is sold.
- Everything the firm submits is confidential, the firm decides what may be published, and client names are not published except with their written consent.
- The firm may withdraw before the results are announced, without any information about it being published.
Is participation free?
The terms of participation and its dates are announced in the participation guide, which is sent after interest is registered.
Does conference sponsorship affect the ranking?
No. Sponsorship is entirely separate from the evaluation, and sponsors do not see participants' files.
Is our clients' information published?
No. The information is confidential, and nothing is published except what the firm and its clients agree in writing to publish.
Is it possible to participate in more than one area?
Yes, and a separate file is submitted for each area.
