Payment Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
1. Fees & Currencies
Fees for each training program or service are displayed on its dedicated page in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) for Egypt offerings and in Saudi Riyals (SAR) for Saudi Arabia offerings. Active fees and applicable discounts at the time of checkout apply. Discounts cannot be combined or redeemed for cash. Any applicable taxes are itemized on the final invoice.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payment methods include bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Meeza) via payment gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt; electronic mobile wallets and InstaPay; and direct wire transfer to LAWSUIT's declared bank account. All transactions comply with Law No. 18 of 2019 Regulating Non-Cash Payment Methods. We do not store or process card numbers on our servers.
3. Booking Confirmation & Invoicing
Enrollment is only deemed definitive once funds have cleared and an official booking confirmation is issued (in bank wire transfers, upon actual credit settlement in our account). The clearance date constitutes the 'Payment Date' for all refund policy calculations. An electronic invoice or receipt is issued for every transaction.
4. Installment Arrangements
Where installment plans are offered for specific programs, terms and schedules are specified on the program page. We reserve the right to suspend session access and withhold certificates until due installments are settled; ceasing attendance does not extinguish installment payment obligations.
5. Duplicate Charges & Payment Inquiries
If an amount was debited without booking confirmation or billed redundantly, notify us within 7 days with proof of deduction, and the erroneously charged sum will be refunded in full. We kindly request reaching out to us before raising a bank dispute; we reserve the right to pause bookings and associated credentials pending resolution of disputed transactions.
